Bus Area Expansion Begins at Disney's Animal Kingdom

Over the next few weeks, a new construction project will take place next to the Guest parking lot of Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. Construction work to expand the bus load zone area of the park officially begun Sunday, June 19.

Temporary walls have already been installed around certain sections of the area. At this time, it is not known how many new shelters will be built and if the older structures will be completely replaced or if they will be just refurbished.
