Orlando Eye's Colorful LED Lights Reveal Gender of Baby
This past weekend, the Orlando Eye hosted a special event for a couple who wanted to surprise their friends and family with a gender reveal for their baby.
Adam Warren approached the Orlando Eye team with the idea to light the 400-foot observation wheel in pink or blue to reveal the gender of his and his wife Amanda's new bundle of joy. Warren asked a family friend to obtain the results from the doctor’s office and pass the information to the Eye's technicians.
The gender was successfully kept a secret until Saturday evening. Then, friends and family members gathered in the I-Drive 360 courtyard to watch for the wheel to be lit in blue for a boy or pink for a girl. At 7:15 p.m., the group celebrated upon learning that the Warrens are expecting a baby boy!
