Busch Gardens Tampa to Host Special Activities on April 23
Busch Gardens Tampa Guests are invited to celebrate the Earth on April 23, 2016. Between 9:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Guests will learn how to help humans, as well as many different animal species around the world with various keeper talks, games, activities and prizes. Tables will be set up in the Edge of Africa, Myombe Reserve, Penguin Pointe, Cheetah Run, Jungala, Conservation Cabin, and the Animal Care Center. Multiple animal ambassadors will also be present.
Busch Gardens will also be giving back in various ways to support the SeaWorld and Busch Gardens Conservation Fund in honor of Earth Day. These are a few of the ways you can help on April 23:
- Drop off your old cell phones at the recycle receptacle at the Earth Day tent located at front entrance to Zagora to help gorillas in the wild. One kangaroo or lorikeet feeding voucher will be given for each cell phone donated. Vouchers are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Visit the Critter Creations table to purchase a one of a kind masterpiece created by one of our animal ambassadors. Proceeds will go to the SeaWorld and Busch Gardens Conservation Fund.
