Orlando Eye Closing January 4-13 for Annual Maintenance
Orlando visitors should note that the Orlando Eye will be closed for maintenance January 4-13, reopening January 14, 2016. While the majority of the planned maintenance and engineering work usually takes place overnight after closing to the public, the attraction will be closed for 10 days to perform a more thorough refurbishment. Madame Tussauds Orlando and SEA LIFE Aquarium will remain open during that time. Visit OfficialOrlandoEye.com for more information.
I guess this is what happens when you go cheap on your wheel. The High Roller in Las Vegas has operated every single day since it opening in March of 2014 without a single day missed.
