Grand Floridian Resort: Upcoming Maintenance Projects
In order to maintain quality show, service is scheduled to be done on some of the outdoor lighting on the buildings of the Grand Floridian on January 28-30.
Guests staying in Building 4 may notice teams performing maintenance outside their windows on Thursday, January 28 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (a repelling team will be visible to Guests staying in the associated rooms during that time). All other work is scheduled to occur overnight and will have minimal Guest impact.

In addition to that, Guests staying at the resort should note that the wet area in the Men’s Lounge at Senses – A Disney Spa at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa will be closed through January 30, 2016. Showers, lockers, restrooms, and the relaxation lounge will remain open during the refurbishment.
Finally, the Beach Pool slide will be re-coated and closed Feb. 8–28. The Beach Pool will remain open and only the slide will be closed to Guests.
