Fulton’s Crab House Introduces New Sunday Brunch Menu

Beginning Sunday, January 17, 2016, Guests dining at Fulton’s Crab House (the steamboat-shaped restaurant located at Disney Springs) can now enjoy a new Sunday brunch menu from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The new brunch menu features delicious dishes including Crab and Asparagus Benedict, Corned Beef Hash, the Monte Cristo Sandwich, New Orleans BBQ Shrimp, and the Kobe Breakfast Burger. BRUNCH MENU OFFERINGS:

Crab & Asparagus Benedict - $22
2 poached eggs, jumbo lump crab, asparagus, grilled Nueske bacon slab, smoked trout roe, on toasted challah, lobster infused hollandaise sauce.

Monte Cristo Sandwich - $16
French toast, ham, Applewood bacon, egg, Swiss cheese, fresh berry compote, maple syrup

Corned Beef Hash - $16
House smoked corned beef, red skin potatoes,caramelized onions, bell peppers, poached egg

New Orleans BBQ Shrimp - $20
Crispy 5 minute egg, buttermilk biscuits, spicy black pepper butter sauce

Kobe Breakfast Burger - $19
2 Kobe beef patties, fried egg, hash browns, candied bacon, cheddar cheese, sweet onion jam, shredded lettuce, tomato
