"Surprise Mornings" Returning to Epcot for a Limited Time
Despite the fact that recent reports stated that "Surprise Mornings" were not scheduled to come back, our sources were able to find out that they will, indeed, return to Epcot for an encore through Thursday, December 31, 2015.
"Surprise Mornings" are special occasions that are not advertised by the Walt Disney World Resort, making them available to a very limited amount of Guests (that is why some of our sources had doubts that they would return this year).

What are these "Surprise Mornings?" Simply put, starting from tomorrow (December 25, 2015) and through December 31, Cast Members will allow a limited number of Guests to enter The Land pavilion OR Test Track one hour earlier than park opening (with the exception of Tuesday, December 29, as the park will already open at 7 a.m. for Extra Magic Hours) to experience Soarin' OR Test Track before the rest of the Guests. The only caveat is that once Guests enter either pavilion, they may NOT exit the building until park opening; that said, Guests can re-ride the attraction as many times as they wish.
Here is the Soarin' and Test Track Surprise Mornings schedule:
- Friday, Dec. 25 - 7 a.m. (Park Hours 8 a.m.-10:30 p.m.; Extra Magic Hours 10:30 p.m.-12:30 a.m.)
- Saturday, Dec. 26- 7 a.m. (Park Hours 8 a.m.-10:30 p.m.)
- Sunday, Dec. 27 - 7 a.m. (Park Hours 8 a.m.-10:30 p.m.)
- Monday, Dec. 28 - 7 a.m. (Park Hours 8 a.m.-10:30 p.m.)
- Tuesday, Dec. 29: No Soarin' or Test Track Surprise Mornings
- Wednesday, Dec. 30 - 7 a.m. (Park Hours 8 a.m.-10:30 p.m.)
- Thursday, Dec. 31- 7 a.m. (Park Hours 8 a.m.-1 a.m.)
NOTE: Since these events are NOT advertised by the Walt Disney World Resort, be aware that they may be cancelled without notice at the discretion of the park's management team. In addition to that, a very limited amount of Guests will be allowed to enter the park at 7 a.m. The entire park will officially open to all Guests at 8 a.m. through January 2, 2015 (9 a.m. starting January 3, 2016).
