SeaWorld Update: "Mako" Coaster Construction Progress

While the new Mako coaster was first announced a few months back, this is the first time we actually went back to SeaWorld Orlando to personally check on the construction progress (the past few months have been really busy for us).
As you will see in the next photos, plenty of work has been done to clear the area where the new hyper coaster will be built, and new markings have started to appear in certain areas of the construction zone. Let's take a look around:

We will start with a look at the area from the ground:

As you can see, a section of the area between the Shark Encounter exhibit and the Nautilus Theater is now behind walls. The path of the new coaster will cross to reach the nearby lake before going back:

The entrance of this new attraction should be located here:

A smaller area located nearby is also behind walls. This work may or may not be related to this project:

A look behind the walls:

A view of the construction zone from the park's SkyTower:

The majority of the track of this new ride will be located behind the Kraken:

A large amount of trees had to be displaced to make way for the new hyper coaster:

We apologize for the quality of some of the photos, but the rain drops were sticking on the windows:

Notice the areas surrounded by the red nets:

Some more panoramic photos of the park:

And that is all for now. Before concluding, remember to like us on our official Facebook page and follow us on Twitter for live updates from the parks. Thank you for your support, and see you again real soon!
