CityWalk Update: NASCAR Demolition Slowly Continues

While progress is clearly visible inside the Universal Orlando parks, work on the former NASCAR Sports Grille seems to be taking ace very slowly, as we noticed very few differences since our last visit. That said, more sections of this entertainment district are now receiving some attention. Even though those can be considered smaller projects, we believe they are part of a much bigger plan that will culminate with phase 2 of CityWalk's expansion. Let's take a look:

The old information booth is being removed or replaced:

The old CityWalk stage remains (at least for now):





The Fresh Produce store is also closed for refurbishment. Expect a new look when it reopens:
