Park Buyout at Hollywood Studios on December 10

If you are planning on visiting Disney's Hollywood Studios in the next few days, be sure to note that the park will be hosting an in-park event on Wednesday, December 10. For that reason, the park is scheduled to close at 6 p.m. for regular day Guests, and a Fantasmic! show will take place that evening. Pop Warner Park Buyout - December 10, 2014

Pop Warner Little Scholars, Inc. (PWLS) is a non-profit organization that provides youth football and cheer & dance programs for participants in 42 states and several countries around the world. Consisting of approximately 425,000 young people ranging from ages 5 to 16 years old, Pop Warner is the largest youth football, cheer and dance program in the world.

Each year, Pop Warner hosts the Pop Warner Super Bowl and National Cheer and Dance Championships. For the past 12 years, the event has taken place at ESPN's Wide World of Sports Complex. More than 300 cheer and dance squads and 64 football teams compete for the right to be crowned Pop Warner National Champion. They have also commemorated this championship with a park buyout at Hollywood Studios.

A total of 14,200 people are expected to be in attendance during this special, after-hours event.

EVENT AGENDA

• 6:00 p.m. - Hollywood Studios closes to day guests.
• 7:30 p.m. - Buses arrive backstage Star Tours and Guests are escorted into Muppets.
• 8:00 p.m. - Event begins. Restaurants, attractions and entertainment open
• 10:30 p.m. - Buffets and select restaurants close. Toy Story and the Great Movie Ride close.
• 11:30 p.m. - All remaining restaurants and attractions close. Fireworks at the Sorcerer’s Hat
• 11:45 p.m. - DJ at the Icon concludes
• 12:00 a.m. - Event ends.

• DJ – Coaster lot (7:30 p.m. until 10:30 p.m.) and Hat Icon (8:00 p.m. until 11:45 p.m.) 
• Photo booths – Epic theatre 8:00pm-12:00am
• Characters – continuous sets
• Pixar: Buzz & Woody 8:30 p.m.-10:30 p.m.
• Sunset Blvd: Mickey & Minnie, Pluto & Goofy,
• Donald & Daisy, Chip & Dale 8:30 p.m.-11:00 p.m.
• Fireworks – 11:30 p.m. at Sorcerer’s Hat

The following attractions should be open from 7:45 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. (unless noted otherwise):

• Star Tours
• Pizza Planet Arcade (on cash basis)
• Muppet Vision (should be ready by 7:30pm for Challenger group)
• Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights (starts at 7:15 p.m. and closes at 11 p.m.)
• Toy Story (closes at 10:30 p.m. or whenever necessary for clear for fireworks)
• Voyage of the Little Mermaid (shows at 8:35 p.m., 9:20 p.m., 9:45 p.m. and 10:10 p.m.)
• Great Movie Ride (closes at 10:30 p.m. or whenever necessary for clear for fireworks)
• Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster
• Tower of Terror
