Downtown Disney Update: The Landing Expands (PART 3)

In the preceding part, we were able to complete our tour of the West Side, and then we moved on to The Landing, where we checked out the work being done on The Hangar, the BOATHOUSE, Waterfront Park, and much more. We'll now walk around the Marketplace area, which will mark the conclusion of this tour:

Thank you for the update as always. Disney Springs is looking great! Just to clarify, is Planet Hollywood gone and replaced by The Observatory or is it staying but being renamed? I've never understood those plans.
ReplyDeleteAccording to my source, Planet Hollywood isn't being replaced or removed. It is however going to be completely redesigned and renovated to look like a "planetary observatory". It may be renamed slightly, but will still have Planet Hollywood in the name.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the info, glad to hear that. I know the place gets a bad rap for the food but I love the atmosphere there being a huge movie fan.
