Animal Kingdom Park Hours Extended Next Week

In order to ensure that Walt Disney World Guests have the best possible experience, Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park will be extending operating hours next week. Park close has been changed from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on the following dates: Saturday (December 27), Monday, (December 29), and Tuesday, (December 30). Entertainment updates for Saturday, December 27, 2014:

• Festival of the Lion King and Finding Nemo – The Musical: 7 p.m. shows added
• Donald Duck, Mickey and Minnie, Pluto and Goofy, as well as Russell and Dug: extended meet and greet times to 8:30 p.m.
• Daisy Duck: Set times have changed for every day from Dec. 21-27. Daisy’s new set times are from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2:40 to 5:30 p.m.

Food & Beverage updated hours:

• Dawa Bar: 9 a.m.-9 p.m.
• Kusafiri Coffee Shop & Bakery and Pizzafari: 7 a.m.- 8 p.m.
• Tusker House Restaurant: 8-10:55 a.m., 11 a.m.-3:30 p.m., & 4:30-9 p.m.
• Yak & Yeti Restaurant, Restaurantosaurus & Flame Tree Barbecue: 11 a.m.-9 p.m.
• Rainforest Café: 8 a.m.-10 p.m.
