Downtown Disney Update: Garage Now Open (PART 3)

Previously, our good friend Alex took us on a virtual tour of parts of Pleasure Island/The Landing, where the new waterfront area is now open for the enjoyment of Guests. Now, let's continue to check out the area, and afterwards we'll move on to the busiest section of Downtown Disney, the Marketplace:

This place is going to be amazing when it's completed. Not sure how Universal can respond since they don't have the space the expand. Of course bigger doesn't automatically mean better, but there's no question the selection of restaurants and shops will be unprecedented for a theme park "marketplace".
