Cowfish Restaurant Soft-Opens at Universal's CityWalk

The day we were all waiting for is finally here! Just a few hours ago, the official Universal Orlando Resort Twitter page revealed that the new Cowfish Sushi Burger Restaurant is now in soft-opening phase (meaning that it could close earlier than other restaurants or that it could remain closed for days after today until the grand opening, which is highly unlikely). Many theme park (and restaurant) fans are currently enjoying their first meal at the location.

The first reviews on Twitter seem to be, overall, very positive. The variety of the food and the quality also appears to be matching the expectations of many, even though it could be too early to judge that.

We plan on visiting CityWalk Orlando tomorrow afternoon. We will definitely stop by to check out this great new addition. As always, we recommend you stay tuned for more news and updates.
