Reminder: Kouzzina by Cat Cora Closing September 30

As previously announced, the last day of operation of Kouzzina by Cat Cora at Disney’s Boardwalk Resort is September 30. Later this year, Trattoria al Forno, an Italian table-service restaurant, will open at the location serving breakfast and dinner. During the refurbishment period,  the nearby Flying Fish Café will offer an a la carte table-service menu for breakfast featuring American cuisine daily from 7:30 – 11:00 a.m. Reservations are currently available online.

During dinner, Trattoria al Forno will offer the best of Italian cooking–where robust and authentic flavors are savored.  Guests will enjoy the most popular dishes from various regions of Italy such as traditional chicken pamagiana, house-made cavatelli, wood-grilled steak à la Florentine, and specialty wood-fired pizza.  Details (including specific offerings) will be shared soon about both the breakfast and dinner menus.
