Phone Charging Lockers Test Ending at Magic Kingdom
This week, the test enabling Guests to charge mobile phones in lockers at the Magic Kingdom Park will come to an end. The lockers will no longer be available starting Saturday, September 13. Guests looking to charge mobile devices can find outlets in the Tomorrowland Arcade and the seating area near Pete's Silly Sideshow. In addition to the standard AC power outlets, USB ports are also available for Guests to charge their mobile devices in Fantasyland, near Rapunzel’s village.
I hope the test was a succes. It is a very good service I think.
ReplyDeleteDo any of the other parks offer outlets like this?
ReplyDeleteSeaWorld offers a charging station, while Busch Gardens has full charging lockers like the ones at the Magic Kingdom, but you have to pay a small fee to use them.
ReplyDeleteThanks!
ReplyDeleteHopefully more parks start to implement this. It would be especially handy at restaurants. With Disney's emphasis on using your smart phone for MM+, they really should offer outlets/stations at every park, in multiple locations.
