Man Hurt on Pirates of the Caribbean at Walt Disney World
Sad news coming from the Magic Kingdom Park today. According to Click Orlando, an adult male from the United Kingdom lost the tip of his ring and pinky finger on his right hand while riding the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction. The man was quickly taken to a local hospital. Disney officials stated that the ride was checked and confirmed to be safe. It's still not clear how the man's fingers were injured. We will continue to keep you up-to-date in case other developments should occur.
Very unfortunate. Likely caused by dangling his hand off the side of the boat.

Agree... he definitely would have had his hand, outside of the boat.
ReplyDeletehe had to have been one of those fools who put his hand inside the water or tried to touch something he shouldn't of. idiot. I told people i know he must have been trying to touch the mermaids on the side of the boat right before the drop and smashed his finger between the track and the boat causing them to split. no matter what, he had to of touched something or had his hand outside of the boat.
