Roadwork Begins Near Disney's Old Key West Resort

In order to meet the current and future needs of the Downtown Disney Area, surrounding roadways are going to be widened from seven to ten lanes with dedicated bus lanes. The first phase of this roadwork involves removing the medians on Buena Vista Drive, near Disney's Old Key West Resort. This work is scheduled for nighttime hours to avoid lane closures and minimize traffic impacts. However, there could be some noise associated with the nighttime construction.
