Helicopter Flyover for Future Soarin' Over the World Attraction
In the early morning hours of Tuesday, May 6 and Wednesday, May 7, a helicopter will fly over Epcot to collect video footage that will be used in the new (still rumored) Soarin' Over the World attraction. During the flyover, Epcot Cast Members will be asked to remain indoors and all the park’s onstage areas will be clear of all vehicles and equipment (this means that the park will look completely empty in the new movie). Filming is anticipated to take place from 4 a.m. until 7 a.m.
