Downtown Disney: Disney Springs Project Updates

Here you are just a few reminder (along with some new updates) regarding the Disney Springs project:

• Mid-October: Wetzel's Pretzels closes; reopening with two kiosks in mid-November 2013;
• Mid-October: Pleasure Island boat dock temporarily closed until mid-November 2013;
• Mid-October: Starbucks project begins at former Wetzel's Pretzels building (West Side);
• Mid-October: Starbucks kiosk project begins near World of Disney (Marketplace);
• October 19, 2013: Last day of operation for Cap'n Jack's Marina (located near the Rainforest Cafe);
• Late-October: Utility work in the Cap'n Jack's area;
• Late-October: West Garage work will expand, blocking access to Ring Road between Entrance 3 and Entrance 4 until fall 2014.

In addition to that, even though this is not related to the Disney Springs project, we wanted to let you know that the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique (located inside World of Disney store) will open at 8 a.m. every day in October. Guests will be allowed to access the Marketplace promenade a few minutes before opening at 8 a.m.
