CityWalk Update: Latin Quarter Gone (PART 2)
Welcome to PART 2 of this new Universal's CityWalk update (PART 1 can be found HERE).
We will now continue to take a look around the upper part of CityWalk (where the clubs are located):
Nice disco ball:
All of the themed pieces, props, and signs related to the Latin Quarter have been removed:
Does this means that the Latin Quarter will NOT come back? That would come as a big surprise, as we thought that this was just going to be a major refurbishment for the club. Of course, nothing has yet been confirmed by the Universal Orlando Resort, so anything is possible at this point:
This is a nice way to know what will be done next:
A closer look (FULL-SIZE):
Notice that it mentions a "castle." Sounds interesting, but we are afraid it may be misleading... (FULL-SIZE):
Pizza oven. Sounds great! (FULL-SIZE):
No more Churrascaria sign:
New (or recently refurbished) directional signs near Islands of Adventure:
We will conclude with some more miscellaneous photos of CityWalk:
This is all for now. Thank you for reading, and see you tomorrow with more news and updates.
Latin Quarter is rumored to become Don Quixote's mexican restaurant.

ReplyDelete...and Epcot. :/
"Castle" is actually a concrete contractor in Orlando...Hence the work items all relate to concrete construction. Also, Pece is a demolition contractor in Orlando that does most of the demo work at USO. No castles in the future, sorry guys.
