Universal: On-Site Hotel Shuttle Drop-Off Area Change

If you are planning on staying at one of the three official Universal Orlando on-site hotels, note the following: 

The Universal Orlando Resort offers several convenient ways for Guests to get back to their hotels. The transportation services for on-site hotel guests (those staying at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel, or Loews Royal Pacific Resort) have been updated:

• Guests using the BUS system will now be directed to the main parking structure near CityWalk as the primary pickup and/or drop-off location.
• Guests using the BOAT transportation will still be directed to the existing pickup/drop-off location in the middle of the CityWalk area.
