Magic Kingdom: Dwarfs' Mountain Update (PART 7)
Welcome to PART 7 of this new Magic Kingdom photo-report (PART 6 can be found HERE).
Tomorrowland is our next (and also, our very last) stop. It is definitely gorgeous at night with all those lights:
The Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor show now has a FASTPASS+ entrance as well:
What about Stitch's Great Escape?:
No, it doesn't have a FASTPASS+ entrance. You can finally breathe again:
A general look around this themed land:
The Tomorrowland Speedway has also received its FASTPASS+ sign:
The stand-by entrance sign:
Goodnight, Magic Kingdom Park! Thanks for the great day!:
This concludes (finally!) this very large photo-report. We certainly hope you enjoyed it, and we look forward to read your comments regarding all that's going on in the park. Thank you again for following us, and have a great rest of your day! Oh, one more thing: we'll also post a new Epcot photo-update tomorrow. See you then!

ReplyDeleteThank you for the thorough updates, especially the positive reviews of the New Fantasyland. They're very welcome in a sea of Disney negativity.
ReplyDeleteWe're planning a June 2014 trip. We were hoping the dwarf mine car ride would be completed. Any idea?
ReplyDeletethanks for another excellent (and very thorough) update
ReplyDeletecsomheil, the mine train ride is supposed to open Spring 2014, and looks pretty much on schedule from the pictures - I think there is every chance it will be open when you visit June 2014
I'm visiting end October / beginning November and was hoping the ride would soft open then, much as New Fantasyland did last November. It does look like there is still quite some work to go so sadly I suspect November may be a fraction too soon. I'll keep my fingers crossed though!
@fatdonut: Way too soon! The trains have yet to even begin ride testing. And it doesn't even look like they will do so for a while.
ReplyDeleteAnyways, the lack of a FastPass+ sign at Stitch can only make us hope that "attraction" is not long for this world.
I think the open date for Seven Dwarfs is Fall of 2014, so I wouldn't expect a soft open to happen until spring of 2014 at the earliest myself.
ReplyDeleteAlthough I must ask, what size is that zoom lens your using? Because DANG! Those are some excellent close-up shots from a huge distance!
Fantastic update! The pictures are so clear! I didn't realize the little mermaid area wasn't completed yet. Looking forward to the that and the mine coaster ride next year!
ReplyDeleteThanks for this HUGE update! You guys are the best! I check a ton of Orlando sites and yours is my favorite.
ReplyDeleteThe Starbucks looks nice, but wow they need to add some stools there. It wouldn't crowd the area as much as tables and the convenience for guests would be worth it.
Don't jump to conclusions, Trent!
ReplyDeleteStitch's Great Escape is not going anywhere anytime soon, so don't get your hopes up and don't hold your breath!
WOW WOW WOW WOW!!!!!
ReplyDeleteThis Ultra Mega Extra Awesome Update is absolutely and extremely GREAT!!!
Thanks my friend for all this picture!
When I started to follow your site in 2008 it was great and now, after five years, it looks Awesome!!
I never miss a post!!
Great Great Great Job!!
Really a nice update. I'm glad they turned off the first New Fantasyland version. This looks much less girlie oriented. It's gonna be a long way until it's completed, but it will be worth it. Anyway, any idea how Avatarland is going..?
ReplyDeleteAwesome, awesome update!!
ReplyDelete@Philip: A guy can dream, can't he? After all, we are talking about Disney.
ReplyDeleteDisney has stated the 7 Dwarves ride will open Spring 2014. I think they are trying to get it open before Potter 2.0. At least get a little run out of it before that opens.
ReplyDeleteAs Always this was a great update! Less than 150 Days till I come home!!!
ReplyDeleteBut I do have a question for you, And I Quote ---
"Oh, one more thing: we'll also post a new Epcot photo-update tomorrow. See you then!""
Where is this epcot update, I'm on Pins and Needles!!! :)
You are right, Paul! We forgot about that update! We should be able to post it either tomorrow or Saturday. Sorry for the delay!
