I-Drive LIVE Scheduled to Open in December 2014

Work on the brand-new entertainment district known as I-Drive LIVE continues day after day. We have personally seen the construction site in person just a few days ago, and we saw that the outer walls of both the Sea Life Aquarium and the Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum buildings have now been erected.

According to one of the recent Orlando Sentinel's articles, "footers for the Orlando Eye Ferris wheel were poured in [June]... [Also,] components for Orlando Eye are being made in Switzerland." The article also stated that the current goal is to open the Orlando Eye on Wednesday, December 31, 2014. The Sea Life Aquarium and the Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum are also scheduled to debut on the same day.

In addition to that, quite a few new restaurants could open up earlier next year, including: Buffalo Wild Wings, Seafood Republic, Yard House, Outback Steakhouse, and Carrabba's Italian Grill.
