Magic Kingdom General Update: March 2013 (PART 2)
Welcome to PART 2 of this brief Magic Kingdom general update (PART 1 can be found here).
Let's continue to take a close look at the (extremely beautiful) exterior of Splash Mountain:
All seems to have been fixed:
Moving on to Adventureland:
Guests were parking their strollers everywhere... So sad:
A new Audio-Animatronic parrot was recently added near the entrance of the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction. It will be part of the new interactive game called "A Pirate’s Adventure: Treasures of the Seven Seas":
More additions will be coming soon:
Let's continue:
Work on the Adventureland Veranda continues:
More tarps on the other side of the Adventureland Veranda:
Work is also being done on the Swiss Family Treehouse:
Heading to Tomorrowland:
The themed covers of this building are still missing:
Moving on:
This light has been missing for months now:
But that's all for now:
Will we ever get a total refurb of Tomorrowland? I look at past images and the Tomorrowland today is not that Tomorrow at all...
ReplyDeleteScott, we will get the Tomorrowland Revamp, but just not now. Maybe in the near future. Right now Disney needs to focus on there 2 parks that aren't really full days. But they already are starting on Animal Kingdom. So they just need to work on Disney Hollywood Studios and add a ride in Epcot, then the Magic Kingdom can get their turn on new rides again!
ReplyDeleteWhat's wrong with tommorowland? I love the theming, but not all the rides.
ReplyDeletePlease take lots of pictures of Downtown Disney before they begin revamping it into "Disney Springs." Be sure to preserve the past in every minute detail.
ReplyDeleteWe've got at least 3 years before Disney Springs is finished. No rush!
