InteractiveWDW: An Interactive Disney Experience
As you know, the Orlando Theme park News Team continuously monitors the internet to look for new family-friendly and interesting websites that focus on the theme parks in the Central Florida area. In fact, as everyone else reading our site, we too like to learn as much as we can about the parks and attractions that surround us. For this reason, today we want to introduce you to a brand-new site (which, as you will notice, is still being developed) that aims to create an "interactive" experience based on the Walt Disney World Resort as a whole. Here's a very quick overview of the site, written by the InteractiveWDW Administrator:

Introducing InteractiveWDW.com - An Interactive WDW Experience!
InteractiveWDW.com is a new website that aims to bring a new experience to first timers and hardcore Walt Disney World fans alike. InteractiveWDW.com's mission is to bridge the gap between what many different sites offer and become a one stop informational resource for all things WDW! The purpose is to combine any information you need to know about a ride, attraction, restaurant, resort, etc., as well as a personal look at the subject by adding their opinions, providing tips on when, in their opinion, is the best time to try and ride it, eat it at, visit it, and so on. Not only do they provide all the information you need to know, but they also provide their insight and videos of the attractions.
In the future, once the basic building blocks are in place, they plan to expand their park, ride and attraction pages to include the history of the park, ride or attraction so those fans who are enamored by the historical aspect of WDW can learn about that information. Currently, InteractiveWDW.com has informational pages on (besides their parks and attractions pages) FASTPASS, ticket information, what their ride rating system means, current park hours, their InteractiveWDW TV page (which holds a gallery of videos), a discussion forum, and their newest feature, a public image uploader! Any image uploaded by a site visitor can be tagged by that visitor and based on those tags, will be sorted into the gallery for what the image is and show on the page that corresponds to it (this is a work in progress, but if you upload a picture you took of Soarin’ and tagged it as Soarin’, The Land Pavilion, Future World, Epcot, it will show in all of those galleries. Please note each photo is moderated and will not instantly appear until it is approved).
Please keep in mind this site is a work in progress by the administrator. The administrator welcomes any and all feedback (positive, or negative as long as it is constructive) that you can feel free to post in the forum you can find there in the ‘Mousellaneous’ section (or here, http://interactivewdw.com/mousellaneous/forum). Please note, you will need to register with the site in order to participate in the forum or leave comments on any page that allows it.
We urge you to take a while and look around and see what you think about the site and leave your opinions in the forum (in the Site Suggestions and Comments board please)! Feel free to add your comments to any ride or attraction if you wish, or start any conversations in the forum related to your topic. Don’t forget, this is a work in progress and is aiming to be a place where you can gather any information you need, whether you are a first timer or a lifetime guest, and the only way they can meet those goals is to get feedback on how they are doing, what you’d like to see added, what you like about the site already, etc! If you like what you see and/or like the concept and would like to get involved in any capacity, please feel free to respond or start your own topic in their ‘Help Wanted’ section in their forum! Even if it is only submitting an article once a month, once a year, whatever, let them know! One last thing, help us help InteractiveWDW.com and spread the word about it and get some traffic flowing there! The more people that visit, the better the site will get!

Sounds like a very big (and promising) project, doesn't it? Of course, there is still a lot to be done, but that's when you come into play. We highly value all our Readers, that's why we would like to ask you to just take a look around their website and then give them feedback about the current InteractiveWDW.com website. That would help them to grow and to offer a better service in the future! Thank you for your attention.
