AT&T Expands 4G Network in Universal Orlando’s Theme Parks

The nation’s largest 4G network just got larger for Universal Orlando theme park guests and Team Members. AT&T has activated three new 4G mobile Internet cell sites at key locations across our Theme Parks and CityWalk that will enhance coverage and provide speeds up to four times faster than 3G. The 4G expansion is part of AT&T’s continuing network investment to support the growing demand for mobile devices, apps, and faster mobile Internet speeds. The three locations are creating a virtual data superhighway. “We are committed to extraordinary guest service and very pleased to make this improved service available to our guests,” said Al Callier, VP of Strategic Innovation & Emerging technology with the Universal Parks IT Team. We are also encouraged by the opportunity it creates to fuel innovation going forward. There will be much more to come...
