Please, note the following advisory regarding the Walt Disney World Resort:

Guests who would like to contact the Merchandise Guest Services team can do so via email or phone. The email address for this team has recently changed to Merchandise.Guest.Services@DisneyParks.com. The toll-free number remains the same: 877-560-6477. 

Just for clarity, Merchandise Guest Services helps Guests who are interested in purchasing specific merchandise items but are away from the Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resorts. Please note that applicable sales tax plus shipping and handling fees apply and availability of select items may change.
