Universal's Q-Bot Unavailable Between Dec. 27-30
The Universal Orlando Resort just announced that the new Universal's Ride Reservation System (the Lo-Q system) will not be available on December 27, 28, 29, & 30. Here's the official news:

Ride Reservation System Unavailable From December 27–30, 2012
So that we can best accommodate peak crowds at our Universal Express accessible attractions during the holiday season, we are temporarily suspending the Ride Reservation system starting Thursday, December 27. The system will remain unavailable through Sunday, December 30, and is scheduled to resume service on Monday, December 31.We invite guests to purchase Universal Express passes in advance to reduce their wait time at participating attractions. Universal Express passes are available at our front gate ticket windows, at Guest Services, via universalorlando.com, and in select Merchandise locations throughout our parks.

If you will be visiting any of the two Universal Theme Parks during those dates, don't even think about trying this new reservation system (but this will help the regular Express lines)... This will surely work out for the holidays.
I hate to be hotel guest who booked to stay in the hotel and told you cant jump the queue lines.
ReplyDeleteThis has nothing to do with the Universal Express Unlimited passes you receive as a On Site Hotel Guest.
