Hollywood Studios Update: Pirates Coming (PART 1)
Hello, and welcome to a very large Disney's Hollywood Studios photo-report! There is a lot to show you this time, so let's start to take our tour of the park right away:
First of all, some work is being done near the Guests Services windows just outside the park's entrance:
Once inside the park, we noticed that work on the facade of the 5&10 shop continues:
The hat is still there... Hopefully it will moved soon:
The Great Movie Ride is still a great dark ride. It could be great to see new show scenes, though:
RARE CHARACTERS: max (Goofy's own son) was meeting in front of the Great Movie Ride:
He's rarely seen in other Disney theme parks (except during hard-ticket events):
A quick looks inside the beautiful Chinese Theater:
In some instances, the attraction may close earlier due to special events:
Rumor has it that the Voyage of the Little Mermaid show will soon be removed, to make way for a new Phineas & Ferb show. We are not thrilled about that, but we do agree that it is time for a change:
A look inside the theater (which really looks nice):
Disney Junior Live on Stage:
The Magic of Disney Animation:
Inside:
A look around the "new" Wreck it Ralph artwork room:
It looks very empty:
We will soon have photos of the new Wreck it Ralph meet-and-greet, don't worry!:
Fix it Felix! arcade machine:
Drawing Disney characters:
This doesn't happen a lot. Glad to see more things happening in this area:
When there's nobody to meet and greet...
When will they be refurbing the billboards on Hollywood Boulevard? I can even remember when they didn't look completely faded. Or are they supposed to look like this?
ReplyDeleteThe Sorcerer's Hat will be removed? What will be the DHS symbol? :O
ReplyDeleteThey are moving the Sorcerer's Hat? New symbol? I like the original Tower Ears myself, never been a big fan of the hat, and that it blocks the Chinese Theater.
ReplyDeletewell there planning on getting rid of the great movie ride... or changing its theme
ReplyDeleteThey better not get rid of the great movie ride..its a classic and I hope they keep the mermaid attraction also...
