Be Our Guest Restaurant: DINNER MENU


Today we are proud to present to our readers the dinner menu of the new Be Our Guest restaurant, which will soon open in the new Fantasyland Forest area at the Magic Kingdom Park. Take a look:

Appetizer:
  • Charcuterie Plate (assorted Cured Meats and Sausages served with Cornichons, Pickled Onions, and Toasted Whole-Grain Bread);
  • Mussels Provençal (with White Wine, Tomato, Garlic, Onion, Basil, and Butter);
Soup
  • Potato Leek Soup;
  • French Onion Soup (topped with Crouton and Gruyère Cheese);
Salad
  • Garden Salad (with Champagne Vinaigrette);
  • Salad Trio (Three individual bowls of: 
    1. Roasted Beet, Golden Raisin, and Orange Salad
    2. Green Bean, Tomato, and Roasted Shallot Salad
    3. Watermelon, Radish, and Mint Salad);
Entrée
  • Ratatouille Confit Byaldi (Oven-baked Zucchini, Eggplant, Mushrooms, and Caramelized Onions sliced and layered on Quinoa served with Bell Pepper Salsa);
  • Sautéed Shrimp and Scallops (with Sautéed Mushrooms, Carrots, and Baby Spinach served in Puff Pastry with Creamy Lobster Sauce);
  • Grilled Strip Steak (with Garlic Butter Spread and Pommes Frites);
  • Pan-seared Salmon on Leek Fondue (served with Creamy Saffron-crushed Potatoes);
  • Rotisserie Rock Hen (with Roasted Fingerling Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables);

In addition to that, we just wanted to remind our readers that the Be Our Guest restaurant will officially open on December 6, 2012 together with most of the other new areas in the Fantasyland Forest. Previews for the general public will begin on November 19, 2012.

  1. I know it's part of the magic of the restaurant but in my opinion I think it's too complicated for Disney but maybe I'm wrong!

  2. @Anonymous: I'm not sure what you mean by complicated, as the menu has the usual appetizers, soups, salads and entrees. But if you're referring to the items themselves, I think this is supposed to be an elegant, high end dining experience. If you prefer simpler "home cooking" foods, I would suggest the the Liberty Tree Tavern. It's excellent! :)

  4. But you don't really want an elegant meal at a theme park :) I'm not doubting it's gonna be an amazing experience but I think it's a one time thing not like the other restaurants in the park :)

  5. If it's not elegant, it's not really fit for a castle, now is it? Epcot has some pretty elegant dinners so it's not really something new for Disney. I can't wait to have that salmon. :)

  6. Actually, yes! Yes I do want an elegant meal at a theme park. That's one of the things that makes Disney World so special. Just IMHO! ;-)
