New Winnie the Pooh Meet-&-Greet Now Open at MK

The new Winnie the Pooh meet-and-greet that has been under construction for a few months near the entrance to Pooh's own attraction is now open at the Magic Kingdom Park:

New Winnie the Pooh Character Area Opens Today, June 15, 2012

Winnie the Pooh and his friends have taken residence in Fantasyland, in a newly created character greeting location adjacent to The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. This new home for the silly ol’ bear immerses Guests in the Hundred Acre Wood as they meet characters from the treasured “Winnie the Pooh” stories.

Please note that, with this addition, our pals from the Hundred Acre Wood will no longer be greeting Guests near the Splash Mountain exit. Woody and Jesse, who had been at the upper Splash Mountain gate (the ending place for the parades), have moved back down to the Splash Mountain exit area.
