RetroDisneyWorld.com to Debut Soon

A new Walt Disney World fan site will soon debut to the public. It will be called Retro Disney World, and it will showcase photos, video, and information regarding the "old" Walt Disney World Resort. In brief, this new site promises to celebrate the heritage and history of the Vacation Kingdom of the world. Here you are some more information about the website, which were published by our friends over at Disney Corner:

• The new site is dedicated to Walt Disney World from Pre-Opening to the mid 1990s.
• They are about half through the building of the site and tell us that there is already nearly 1gb of photos, maps and guidebooks uploaded!
• There is Facebook, Twitter and Google+ integration with more features to be added in the coming weeks.
• Expected grand opening is later this month!

We have to admit that we are quite excited about this project, especially since we love the history of the parks (the most fascinating has to be EPCOT Center's history, no doubt on that).
