Tutto Italia and Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar Now Open at Epcot
The completely refurbished Tutto Italia now includes a new, enclosed patio offering al fresco dining. Guests who are familiar with Tutto Italia will appreciate the artistic and creative way its original lobby has been redesigned to accommodate the 96-seat Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar.
As Erin said, "This intimate space inspired by an Italian wine cellar is a wonderful, new addition to the ever-changing, highly diverse and always creative dining offerings here at Epcot. And, it's our first wine cellar!"
Offering Guests the opportunity to savor the authentic flavors of Italy, the
new locations have authentic architectural design elements, including
chandeliers, marble and limestone floors, wall hangings, stone walls, vaulted
ceilings and the beautiful fireplace in the Tutto Gusto dining room.
There are more than two dozen small plates with everything from a taste of
prosciutto di Parma to creamy burrata cheese and mussels with white wine. The
pasta dishes all are made with cavatappi, a corkscrew-shaped pasta, and include
three versions: tomato and bufala mozzarella; shrimp, chilis, garlic and tomato;
and arugula, potato, pancetta, tomatoes and asiago cheese.
Tutto Gusto has more than 200 Italian wines, including sparkling, reds and
whites, and beers such as La Rossa, Moretti and Menabrea Valenti.
Another must-try specialty is "Grappas," which is a distilled drink made from
what remains of grapes after they have been pressed for winemaking and Guests
can always sit back and enjoy an espresso or cappuccino. "Tutto Gusto is a celebration of the bounty of the Italian vineyards, a
celebration of the artistry of turning red and white grapes into classic Italian
wines," Valenti said.
Tutto Gusto is part of the Disney Dining Plan and the operating hours are
11:30 a.m.-9 p.m. daily.

Yikes! Booths??? I know people like to sit in booths, but they have no place in an elegant restaurant like this. It looks like a fancy fast-food restaurant. The walls, floor and ceiling look terrific, but the booths are an eye sore in my opinion.
