Charging Lockers available on Main Street U.S.A. at Disneyland Park
Due to the growing need for Guests to have a secure place to recharge the battery of their portable electronic devices, the Disneyland Resort is testing a new offering. Eighteen electronic-charging lockers will now be available on Main Street, U.S.A behind the Market House for a two dollar fee per hour. Guests may choose a locker that is equipped with a 120 volt outlet or a universal charging cable. The space can accommodate items the size of a laptop or small video camera. This new offering is still in the testing phase and is subject to change.
The price is $2 per hour, or any portion thereof.

Sounds really interesting. We think that it would be great for the Walt Disney World Resort to have something similar in all four theme parks (and maybe also in the water parks). We will keep you up-to-date on the matter.
I have used these before i the hilton at gatwick airport before flying to orlando last summer and found them a great service. I think if they were to appear round all disney parks even near the locker rental area it would fantasic
ReplyDeleteVery affordable. I'm sure by the time it makes it to Florida, the price will be "adjusted" to what we've come to expect from the central Florida resorts. Great idea, and it fills a huge need
