More Trademarks Filed by Universal and Disney

Today we want to share with you a very quick update on the trademarks that have been filed by both the Universal Orlando Resort and the Walt Disney World Resort. The following trademarks are from Universal:
_________________________________________________________________________
  • UNIVERSAL'S CINEMATIC SPECTACULAR: 100 YEARS OF MOVIE MEMORIES
  • UNIVERSAL'S CINEMATIC SPECTACULAR
  • UNIVERSAL'S SUPERSTAR PARADE

Those three trademarks are obviously for the new show and parade that will soon debut at Universal Studios.

The Walt Disney Company just filed one new trademark related to the Walt Disney World Resort recently, that is FLAMINGO CROSSINGS. There is, however, a huge surprise. It looks like the trademarks for Duffy (the Disney Bear) and for the infamous "What Will You Celkebrate?" campaign have been abandoned!:
