Fantasyland Update: Sky Way Tower is Gone (Part 2)
Welcome to part 2 of this new Fantasyland update (PART 1 can be viewed by clicking here).
Let us continue our tour of the area by moving over to "The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh," where we noticed that Tigger's Bouncy Place is finally walled-off, waiting to be transformed into a... meet-and-greet:
Guests can now meet Winnie the Pooh right next to the Town Hall in Main Street U.S.A., but it will be much more appropriate to meet him right next to his own attraction:
What about the FASTPASS machines, though? Where will they place them? They can't continue distributing tickets from Mickey's Philarmagic for much longer...
Walls, walls, and more walls! This means that we will soon see many new things:
The crane working on the Seven Dwarfs Mine Ride is still there:
Let's now go to Storybook Circus:
It will be a very colorful area:
Take a look at some of the beautiful themed lights of the area:
Notice also the red walls. Those will remain as the new are opens later this month, as they hide the second Dumbo spinner, which will not be ready this month:
Moving to the right, take a look at the second tent, which has now received its new cover:
It looks great, even though it is only a tent:
Let's now take a look at the work being done on the new Fantasyland Train Station:
Looking great:
New exit sign:
But, why did we refer to the new "Fantasyland Train Station," instead of "Storybook Circus Train Station?" Well, take a look here:
Yes, this will be the first time that Fantasyland will have its very own train station!:
More new light fixtures:
New speakers:
New railings:
A few days and the station should be ready to open:
The Barnstormer area:
Farewell, Mickey's Toontown Fair!:
And this is all! We hope you have enjoyed this latest Fantasyland update! Have a great day, and see you later.

Circus Tents. Yuck.
ReplyDeleteI suppose Disney really had to go with a circus theme for Dumbo, any other theming wouldn't have really fit the story.
ReplyDeleteYou want a circus, you've gotta have circus tents!
