Old Town Update: Windstorm's Rehab & More (Part 1)
Old Town has been receiving a lot of minor and major new additions in the last few months. Today we bring you the latest news about the park, which is also starting to renovate some of its existing attractions:
We start with a view of the great AMPVenture (for more information about this attraction, click here):
A new sign has been installed on top of the structure:
One of Old Town's signature attractions, the Ferris Wheel, is still one of the guests' favorites:
On of the park's newest rides - The Flying Dutchman:

The area looks much better after the refurbishment:
They also have a new game:
The Lazer Tag area seems to have a new sign, but we are not entirely sure about that:
The AMPVenture's Zip Line:
The area surrounding the tower now has a fence:
Strangely, work on the new Jimmy John's location seem to have stalled:
We hope they will finish working on it soon:
And now, we have a great news! One of the park's newest store, called "Magnatron," seem to be exactly the same as the now-gone "Magnetron" store at Downtown Disney! Take a look around:
I really love their magnets, and I'm happy that I can still find Magnetron's magnets at Old Town!:

They even have a corner where they sell miscellaneous items for left-handed people:

The opening of Magnetron at Oldtown is very good news.
ReplyDeleteIt was unique stores like this that made shopping at Downtown Disney so enjoyable. Now DD only seems interested in an infinite number of fashion outlets its refreshing that Oldtown continues its policy of offering unique shopping experiences
