Islands of Adventure Update: Coke Machines & More
Good afternoon (or good evening, depending where you live), and welcome to a new Islands of Adventure update! We have a few new interesting news from the park (they are minor, of course, but still good to know). Let's start:
It was a very nice day at the park:
First of all, we noticed a new themed scooter has appeared near the entrance of the park:
Continuing through the Port of Entry:
This is another new themed element that was recently added to the area:
It's the Pineapple Bank, and it contains...
...golden coins. You were expecting pineapples, weren't you?:

Moving on to the Lost Continent, we found a new character that we had never seen before:
It is a very colorful butterfly:

The location (which we had never seen open before) offers nachos, churros, margaritas, pretzels, and more:

Coca Cola is now available in all of the theme parks in Central Florida (but LEGOLAND, which has Pepsi):

Moving on to Jurassic Park, we are sad to report that Triceratops Discovery Trail was not open:
Jumping over to Toon Lagoon, we found the last of the new wait-time screens (you can see the location of all the other signs by checking out our previous Islands of Adventure update):
It is located near Dudley Do Right's Ripsaw Falls:
The second entrance to Toon Lagoon (adjacent to the MARVEL Superhero Island) has some issues. The interactive fountains have not been working since a long time:
The Aggro Circus show will be coming back to Islands of Adventure. Here's the confirmation:

In the backstage there were many themed elements that were being refurbished, as you can clearly see:
There were also a lot of boxes:
They are probably used to store some of the seasonal themed elements:

Never heard of Project Dave. It may be nothing, but we thought it was interesting to report.
