SeaWorld Orlando to Make Big Announcements Soon
The Orlando Sentinel just revealed yesterday that SeaWorld Orlando is finally ready to make some official announcements about the new "TurtleSphere 360" attraction, and the park may also gives us some hints about the much grander 2013 project, that will involve a new dark ride! Here you are the short article, courtesy of the Orlando Sentinel:

SeaWorld to Make Big Announcement in Two Weeks
SeaWorld Orlando is planning to make a significant announcement in two weeks.
Although the topic is under wraps — the marine park says only that it will "make waves" on the morning of Nov. 8 — SeaWorld appears likely to announce some new attractions currently in development.
... Among the expected additions: a new ride to replace the park's 24-year-old Penguin Encounter, a new sea-turtle movie experience, and a rainforest-themed trail at Discovery Cove with primate and otter habitats. (More here: SeaWorld Orlando quietly working on 'major' expansion).

With all the new attractions coming to many other Orlando theme parks in the next few years (just to name a few: Iceploration, LEGOLAND's Water Park, Despicable Me Ride, a rumored nighttime show at Universal Studios, AVATAR Land, and countless other), it is nice to see that finally SeaWorld will bring something new that will actually appeal to a very broad audience (dark rides are incredibly immersive experiences that anybody can experience). We can't wait to hear more on November 8, 2011!
