Every now and then we post important advisories that affect other theme parks that are not located here in Central Florida. Today, this special out-of-the-loop advisory will give you some information about the reopening date of the very interesting Disney exhibit at Disney California Adventure - the Blue Sky Cellar:

Advisory ~ Blue Sky Cellar Reopens September 23, 2011

The Blue Sky Cellar in Disney California Adventure Park opens on September 23, 2011, featuring a major update on Buena Vista Street, with models from the D23 Expo, including the Walt and Mickey statue maquette, concept artwork and detail work of the designs and inspiration for Buena Street.

On a related note, we do have a very small version of the Blue Sky Cellar at Disney's Hollywood Studios, at the very end of the "Walt Disney: One Man's Dream" exhibit, but it mostly features artworks that we have already seen in the past. It would be great to have something more than that, like the great Fantasyland model that was shown during this year's D23 Expo.
