LEGOLAND Entrance, Dragon Coaster Cars, & More

This morning, we have a very brief LEGOLAND Florida update, where we check out the parking lot, the fees that guests will have to pay to park, the main entrance of LEGOLAND, as well as a glimpse of the vehicles that will soon be used on the great Dragon family roller coaster.

First of all, let's take a look at the main entrance, which is now almost completely done:

The entrance area is very large:

A "WELCOME" sign already makes you feel comfortable. The music, the flowers... it all looks just right:

The new entrance gate, with the LEGOLAND Florida logo, looks great and very colorful:

The sun is a very nice touch (they should install it over all the other LEGOLAND Parks' entrances, now that this new logo has been revealed):

Some workers were putting additional details on the structure:

Behind the gates, they still need to put up some tarps:

The Annual Pass Distribution Center was quite empty, thanks to the fact that we came later in the day:

They even had a photo-op outside the park:

New benches with the LEGOLAND Florida logo have been placed all over the entrance area:

There were also some additional LEGO characters, who were just waiting to go inside the park:

Before proceeding back to our car, we noticed that they have installed a new sign on the booth located near the disable parking:

This will be a Visitor Center, where people will be able to get additional information on Central Florida's many attractions, with a focus on Winter Haven, of course:

Just behind the Visitor Information booth, we noticed some trains:

Yes, they're the trains for the Dragon coaster! Notice that the writing on one of the boxes near the cars says "Luftfragt California" (which is roughly translated as "air freight California"). Maybe the manufacturers didn't know that they were building a LEGOLAND theme park in Florida!:

Now, let's take a look at the parking lot, which is huge:

One big letdown was the incredibly small amount of parking booths. There are only three, meaning that they can only serve six cars at a time! Can you imagine the first months of the park's operation? It will be a nightmare!

The prices:

And that is all, for now. Thank you very much for reading.
Oh, and by the way, we are only 17 days away from LEGOLAND Florida's grand opening! Stay tuned!
