Charles Mattocks to replace Cat Cora
at Epcot International Food & Wine Festival

Due to last-minute scheduling conflicts, Cat Cora is unable to appear at this year’s Kitchen Memories events at the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival on Oct. 28. We’re pleased to announce that Charles Mattocks will now be hosting the Kitchen Memories demonstrations on Oct. 28.
Charles Mattocks, as known as The Poor Chef, nephew of legendary Bob Marley, has made a name for himself as the best-selling author of Eat Cheap But Well. His famous tag line - "What can you cook for $7?" - has taken the country by storm. With an Island flair  his meals are healthy, cost-effective and delicious. Charles is also promoting a new movement, "The Healthy Dish", for which he's produced a TV show, newsletter, and is in preparation to launch his film nationwide called "The Diabetic You".
Guests with pre-paid reservations at these events will be contacted and assisted in making new arrangements.

Just as a reminder, the price will be $110 per person, plus tax, gratuity included (park admission to Epcot is still required), and full refunds will be offered to guests credit cards for the cancelled event.
