LEGOLAND Florida Update - The Village (PART 1)

Yesterday, we took a look at the Castle Hill area of the park, which is really taking shape.
Today, we'll continue our tour of LEGOLAND Florida, by checking out some areas of the Beginning.
Enjoy our update!:

The big circular building you see will be part of a big play area for small children:

Take a look at the renovated "Island in the Sky":

It really looks like it's made of LEGOs:

Continuing our tour, we see a set of renovated bathrooms (hey, that's important too!):

And here we are, entering the "Duplo" area of the park. That's the area dedicated to kids younger than 5 or 6 years of age:

A closer look at the LEGO barn:

Now, entering "The Beginning":

The new pavement looks great. Finally a theme park that understands that bricks are better. They look nicer, and they're easier to replace:

This will be a new eatery, one that is very famous around the LEGOLAND parks: "Granny's Apple Fries", which will sell "the park’s signature dessert of crisp Granny Smith apples, cinnamon, sugar and sweet vanilla cream sauce." Now, that makes me hungry:

Some of the building still need to be renovated. LEGOLAND Florida was able to salvage some of the buildings found in this area:

This area of the park was very shady, thanks to the many planters that have been added or refurbished:

That lady was standing in the exact same future spot of the Grand Carousel, which will be a "one-of-a-kind, two-story carousel with fanciful, LEGO-themed horses":

This yellow building will be the park's "Garden Shop," which will a kind of tribute to Cypress Gardens:

This will be another eatery:

Continuing through the area, we find Grandma:

She had some Pigeon recipes to share with us:

The Town Square of "The Beginning"

Here we find a nice-looking building, but we are not sure yet what it will house:

And we also find the huge, 4D Theater, which will offer indoor seats for up to 700 people, and it will offer 4 different, LEGO-themed movies each day:
