Small Enhancements at Universal Make a Difference

Universal Orlando has introduced some small but interesting enhancements throughout the parks, to make some of the parks' areas better for both guests and team members. Here you are just three of the new additions:

• The new Marvel costumes, together with the new Can Am Spyder bikes, have given the Entertainment team at Marvel an exciting new look and definitely increased the quality of our product! Many Team Members contributed to this project, designed to increase Team Member and guest satisfaction alike;

• Beetlejuice’s Graveyard Revue enhanced its overall sound by installing a new digital audio board and implementing newly produced versions of the current show tracks;

• To improve physical working conditions, Amity Games has ensured all the fans in the area are in working order, enhanced lighting to improve safety, and ordered umbrellas for Jaws Cart, Hot Shot, and High Striker. In addition, areas throughout the land have been cleaned and refurbished.;

Many more additions were introduced in the parks, but since they are exclusively related to behind-the-scenes areas and were mostly "technical" works, we decided not want to share them with the public. Even though casual guests will not even notice any of theses changes, it is good to see that Universal thinks about its team members.
