SeaWorld Wants Back Killer Whale from Marineland

The SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment Company is currently "fighting" with a Canadian marine park for a young killer whale. "Ikaika" - that's the name of the 10 year-old killer whale - was given by SeaWorld to Marineland for a breeding program, and now SeaWorld want him back.

The two parks agreed to do yearly contracts, therefore SeaWorld announced on December 2010 that they would take the killer whale back to one of the parks. Well, Marineland seems not to like this. Indeed, they withheld the killer whale, and SeaWorld had been forced to act on the legal front, and request the killer whale by going directly to the court room. Of course, SeaWorld won, but Marineland still doesn't want to give them the killer whale.

Who's losing in this situation? The killer whale itself, which seems to be receiving a not-so-good treatment at Marineland  according to SeaWorld's officials.
