New Flavors Coming to the 16th Food & Wine Festival
It is almost that time of the year again. This year's International Food & Wine Festival will be held between September 30 and November 13, 2011 at Epcot. As every year, new specialties have been added to the already huge food and wine items that the park offers during that time of the year. Let's take a look at some of them:

The 16th International Food & Wine Festival at Epcot
The 16th annual Epcot International Food & Wine Festival September 30-November 13 will feature wine regions from around the world and international marketplaces with tastes that include artisan cheeses and savory bites from more than 25 countries and regions including Hawaii, Scandinavia, South Korea, the Caribbean islands and Portugal.
More than 33,000 bottles of Champagne and wine from around the world will be uncorked Sept. 30 through Nov. 13 during the International Food & Wine Festival. Guests can sip and graze at more than 25 international marketplaces along the park’s World Showcase promenade. Wine seminars, culinary demonstrations and other special programs are available by reservation.
One of 25 international marketplace kiosks serves artisan cheeses, and special Cheese Seminars are scheduled each Saturday during the festival.
New cocktails debut at the Food & Wine Festival. At the Hawaii tasting marketplace, guests can pair the Seven Tiki Mai Tai with a Kalua Pork Slider and at the Scandinavia marketplace, the new Xante Sunshine cocktail will refresh palates.
The Kalua Pork Slider (not the liqueur Kahlua but the Kalua barbecue method of cooking) debuts at the new Hawaii tasting marketplace.
Also at the Hawaii marketplace, guests can pair the Seven Tiki Mai Tai with a Kalua Pork Slider.

Most of the items previously showed are alcoholic, so please, if you'd like to taste any of them, always remember to drink responsibly. Drinking too much may result in becoming inebriated, and that's one of the most irresponsible things people can do, especially in a family-centered theme park. Thank you for keeping this in mind.
So, are you looking forward to this year's Food & Wine Festival? Well, we are, that's for sure!
