As you can see, Disney is trying to make people want to visit during the low-season (which starts right after school starts, at the end of August), and the free Disney Dining Plan is certainly something that appeals to people (at least, it appeals to me! The Disney Dining Plan is really great), but, will it be enough? After the slight price increase last week, I believe it will take something more to attract people during that period.
