The Landmarks Apartments at Universal Orlando
Would you like to live close to some of the best theme parks in the world? What about seeing Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit, the Incredible Hulk coaster, Doctor Doom's FearFall or even JAWS from your own window? No, this is no an advertisement. It's an update on the completely new apartment complex that has been finally completed. It is situated right behind the JAWS ride, at Universal Studios Florida. Take a look at some pictures that we took while passing by the area (we didn't enter because it's a private property, of course):
The complex is situated right next Universal Orlando's Administration Services' building:
...and near the Universal business center:
Look at HRRR:
....and the Dragons are just a few feet away:
Jurassic Park's show building is also nearby:
It would be nice to live so close to the parks, right? Maybe one day....
The monthly rent is probably astronomical, though. ;)
ReplyDelete@Eric - You think? Lol. The place says luxury in the entrance sign... Rent has to be huge compare to the same quality of life a few miles farther.
ReplyDeleteQuestion is can you go on foot? Or is it too far from the entrance? No Special entrance for apartment guess? Cause if you need to get in the car and still travel 2min. or 10min. doesn't make much of a difference for me personally.
That's how they get you they put their names out there and charge you tons of money more for same as other places... But they all do it...
Wonder if they have any deals like they do when staying "on property" at Universal? Or maybe they'll do time shares w/Universal privilages like they do at Disney?
ReplyDeletei can't imagine the noise pollution though. seems like a great place to be for the parks, but trying to get to sleep at night? :P
ReplyDelete@ Southie_chick - It doesn't look as if they do time shares or special offers just plane apartments.
ReplyDeleteI found a little info I found talking about intended clientele and prices:
ReplyDelete"The project, dubbed the Landmark at Universal, will include one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging from $900 to $1,400 per month and is targeted to serving the Universal Orlando employee market, as well as those seeking to be part of the Dr. Phillips school district, said Kyle Riva, president of Epoch Properties."
