Old Town update
Hello, and welcome to an... unusual update today. It's unusual because it shows a minor amusement park that is mostly overshadowed by its superior, new neighbor, id est Fun Spot.
We're talking about Old Town, that is composed of a very large shopping district and 18 amusement rides.
Let's check it out:
The Pharaoh's Fury:
The lazer tag (that is operating, in the photo is closed only because it was early in the morning):
It's pretty dangerous to leave the electrical box open like this:
The new logo of the park:
The ticket booth:
The shopping district:
You can see the Sky Coaster from Old Town:
Crazy people!:
This is one of (if not THE) best shops in Old Town!!:
It's EXTREMELY themed, and you can get your picture taken in a realistic, Old West environment:
And just nearby, here you are the Old Town bull!:
The famous Old Town clock:
This place has a very sad history:
Before, it was a Wax Museum (you can still see the sign under the "COSMIC" writing in this photo):
...but, some years ago, the Wax Museum closed down (I love wax museums, as the wax figures look like audio-animatronic figures!), and was replaced by an indoor mini-golf, which I like too...
... BUT IT NEVER OPENED!! (or at least, it must be open only the 28th Sunday of the year, I don't know what to think, seriously!):
The other half part of the rides:
There are many children's rides:
This ride is REALLY showing its age!!:
This looks like a nice ride:
It's called the "Windstorm":
This carousel looks very nice:
The typical Wacky Worm:
Kaffetassen:
New restrooms under construction:
The overflow parking:
Hmmm... I see a sign over there:
Very sad news for all the Floridians that loved to attend the "Bike Nite" event:
Oh, well!!:
Thank you very much for viewing, and share with us your experiences that you may have had in this park!
